Transformation Against All Odds: 10 Steps to Rebuilding Your Life for Women Workbook
I was finding myself!
I just had left my job to work full-time in my cleaning company and the ministry God gave me the vision for. Did I have a structured plan? I thought I did, I had one last check, bills, and faith in God.
As I was writing this workbook, I was thinking of women who were battling with similar things as me. Such as identity issues, desired healing, and lack of boundaries within themselves. When God gave me the vision for Women Moving Forward Outreach Inc., I heard the Holy Spirit say, "Jamieca, learn to love you, and teach the women in your community to do the same" so I've been on a mission to do just that.
I was able to break it down into 10 steps. Each step built my mindset, which led to me changing my life and location. Yes! My location. I got up one day, packed my things, sold things, and threw everything else in the garbage 🗑. Then I left Connecticut.
Listen, when you are tired and fed up with feeling stuck and stagnant, you make calculated moves.
Yes, it was times I cried missing family, but I knew in the back of my head that it would all be worth it.

Transformation Against All Odds: Random Thoughts of a Healing Woman's Process journal
I was a case manager for a youth build program!
Around this time, I just got a good job as a case manager, even with having a DUI misdemeanor. I'm telling you, God has favor over me. While learning my new work field, remembering what I learned in college, and from my very own youth experiences. I had to walk and talk as if I wasn't still healing from traumas and triggers myself. Helping this group of growing adults was challenging for me because I didn't remember doing 1/2 the things they were doing.
But anyway, lol that's a different topic of discussion.
How are your thoughts when dealing with a situation at hand or overcoming a situation? All over the place, right?
Well, in this journal, there are random thoughts of my own and of other women that I interviewed. Basically, you get to read these random thoughts, and there is a space for you to jot down your own thoughts and opinions to that specific thought. Some thoughts you will see that you may have had the same thoughts as well before.
So, yes, you're not the only one who had those thoughts lingering. It gives you a sense of not feeling alone in certain situations.
If you're an over thinker and like to take notes, this will be a great journal for you.

Transformation Against All Odds: 5 Ways to Get Out of Yourself book
I was in a newfound chapter of my life! Life was too good!
To be honest, I had no plans to write a new book. A book that men can also read at that. As years went on for me, I noticed men gravitating to what I shared on my social media platforms. So, needless to say, this book is for men and women. Because we all be in our heads.
It was in October when God, how should I say this, "He shook the table on me." Things started to feel uncomfortable for me, but I still went on with life. But the changes were happening, and one night I had a chat with myself and prayed. "Holy Spirit, what is happening, and what is it that I am supposed to be doing?"
4️ action words were revealed to me.
1. Focus 2. Solitude 3. Boundaries 4. Preparation
To top it off, imagine having multiple trips already booked and paid for, and God telling you that you have to book one more trip. So, because I knew I had to be in the room, it was going to elevate my life in some way, I just didn't know how. And it did! God made it happen by touching people hearts to send me donations, Airbnb guests, and other unexpected funds to pay for everything I needed to get to this event.
I attended a retreat titled "I DARE YOU!"
Hosted by yours truly @firstladylillie and I also as able to meet @wandawebb & @lucindacross who did an activity that birthed the book title.
So, remember I said I had no plans to write another book. Then @lucindacross looked at all the ladies in the room and said, "Now that's the title of your new book." I began to cry and was obedient.
As I began writing everything came alive in this book. I've been able to create a peaceful lifestyle. Every day, I choose peace, love, joy, and gratitude.
Are you in your head and desire to get out of it and into your life? You may benefit from this read
